Support licenses for items sold on ThemeForest now have a period. If the support period is over, you'll have to renew the license.
To do that, login to your ThemeForest account (which you used to purchase the item) and go to the Downloads tab. Find the item you need and click the renew support link like in the screenshot below:
First of all - log into your ThemeForest account and click your username in the top right corner to access the dropdown. Select the “Settings” link, and the “My Account” page will load. Click the “API Keys” tab on the left side.
Enter a name in the Label field, and click the Generate API Key button. Your new API Key will now appear above.

If you are looking for the import data (or the XML import file), you'll need to make sure you downloaded all the files from ThemeForest.
So, when you go to the Downloads area of your ThemeForest account, make sure you click the all files button. Check the screenshot below:
After you download all files, unzip the archive and you'll find the Import data folder there. You can import the data from there.
